The OMR Festival is the most well-known trade fair for European online marketing and one of the biggest in the world. The organizers expect to welcome no less than 40,000 visitors, who will be gathering to celebrate what the organizers call the “Online Marketing Rockstars Festival“ in Hamburg, Germany.

Visitors come for more than 300 speakers and exhibitors, numerous events and stars like the “king of statistics” Nate Silver, Metallica drummer Lars Ulrich and Frank Thelen, Juror on the business talent show „Die Höhle der Löwen“ (The Lion’s Den), which is the german version of „Shark Tank“.
The dates of the festival are the 22nd and the 23rd of march. Business Insider is a media partner of the event.

Facebook, Google and the Axel-Springer publishing house will be showcasing their newest marketing products. (Business Insider belongs to Axel Springer). 120 masterclasses on various marketing topics will be held on the festival premises in German and English.

OMR-Festival: Evening appearances by Lars Eidinger and Oli P.

The definite highlight of the festival will be the conference on the second day. The organizers announced that there will be talks by marketing professor Scott Galloway, Metallica drummer Lars Ulrich and the statistician Nate Silver.
Both days will conclude with loads of good music. The first evening will have shows by Lars Eidinger, Oli P. and Bausa. On the second evening Luis Baltes and „ Die Hamburger Goldkehlchen“, among others, will close the festival in musical style.
